I got an email like that on Monday but my application status had not changed. I got a formal interview invitation today via email and my application sub-status had also changed to "Selected for Evaluative Interview," so I think the 1-on-1 things are informal chats.

I think maybe they send the informal chat session email when they start processing an application, then once they're done reading it they change the status and it will show all of the Transcripts and GMAT as received. I had mostly those orange dots until this morning, so I think they change to green after they've read the application. I submitted on the 27th.

Ummm..., Did the formal interview invite come AFTER you already had the 1-on-1 informal chat?

I booked a skype interview time/date but did not get a confirmation email yet. Anyone with the same issue? When I click on the link to book again it says 'Already Booked'

Hi everyone,

Hey i'm in the same boat. Haven't even received the 1-on1 chat email. Though i think there's a problem with my application. My recommender submitted his recommendation on the 30th of September but the status of his recommendation is still awaiting. He cross checked it several times and when he logs on it says submitted. Anyone else have a similar problem? I emailed broad and they said they will finish processing all applications by the end of next week. Hope my application is considered for the Early round!

I took the gre. Got a 328 - q 166 and v 162 .. this equates to a 720 according to the conversion table provided by Ets .. that's probably a very modest score compared to other Indian applicants !

My interview was OK, but in hindsight I think I could have given better answers. All usual questions, nothing out of the blue. Why MBA, why Broad, example of a conflict, example of creativity.
