Has anyone submitted an application yet??? I have a few questions...
1) I did not see any sections on the application to include extracirricular activities or awards. Even the essay questions seem to not address this. Am I missing something?
2) Has anyone chosen to do the video for the optional essay? What was your video about?
3) If you have submitted your application already, have you heard back? Interviewed? Accepted? Scholarship?
4) On the application they ask if you are affiliated with Human Health Services (HHS). What are the implications of this? Does an affiliation raise flags, help you, or disqaulify you? I am a full time fellow working at the C.D.C. so technically I am affliated but because I am not considered a "government full time employee" I could also claim I am not.
I am planning on finishing up my essay(s)/video this weekend and submitting by Monday.

Full tuition for me yay!!!! Just kidding.
I submitted my application on the Dec. 23. For the optional essay I chose to do the video. It was actually a lot of fun to do, and if done right it is easy to show what kind of person you are to admissions without using only words.
Was invited to interview via skype on 1/12/2015. Interview is scheduled for 1/14/2015.
