What date did you submit? At the deadline (Oct. 6th) or before?

I submitted a few hours before the deadline and my application went "under review" last week.

Hi,
I submitted my ED application on the day of deadline, too. As I live in +12 hours timezone from NY, I sent my application on the morning of Oct 6th. One of the recommendation was sent after my application submit, but well before the deadline.

Hi Guys,

Just received my TOEFL score and will be sending it to CBS to help complete my application. I am little disappointed with the score, which is 107.

Reading 26
Listening 29
Speaking 27
Writing 25

I am particularly unhappy about writing score. I have 6.0 in AWA in GMAT.

Do you think this score is good enough for CBS.

Btw, CBS says you must have taken the test prior to submitting your application. I saw in the sheet that you are an ED applicant, so I guess you were either pushed to RD or you have not submitted it yet.

Thanks that is encouraging.

CBS has a very specific TOEFL requirement, which has confused many including me.
My application at present is incomplete. Once they receive the score they will put it under review. I had communicated this before I applied and they agreed to allow me to submit the application as an ED candidate and mentioned that they will deem it complete only when I submit the score.

Just sent them the scores. Hope to see the app under review soon.

@nyxjf, sorry to hear that. Hope your other endeavors will fare better. Do you know why you may have gotten dinged? Self-analysis can be especially useful and help you improve your other apps.

Looks like people who submitted shortly after you will be hearing from CBS soon.

I'm guessing that majority of applicants have their weaknesses- applicants themselves know it well. So yes, I probably do know why they've rejected me.

Earliest available date is Nov 21, 2010 for me. I have emailed adcom on TOEFL waiver and still waiting for a reply (They had earlier sent me an email confirming that TOEFL is a mandatory component of my application and that I may officially request a waiver - "You may officially request a TOEFL waiver by e-mailing us at [email protected]".)

My app status is also changed to INCOMPLETE. Never went to 'UNDER REVIEW' for me

My status just changed to under review. I had submitted just a few minutes before the deadline.

If they are indeed treated in the order they come in, then there was a bottleneck in the last day.

(cricketbeatsrugby's went under review on Oct. 7, after submitting at 3pm on Oct 4)
