To deferred candidates -- what next steps are you taking? For people with experience in this situation, what is a good course of action? For example, would getting new letters of rec be fruitful or a waste or time? Would love to brainstorm with you all

I agree.... I had submitted on October 6th for RD and haven't heard back yet. Should I expect a ding now?

got an interview today also for RD -- submitted 9/29.

sorry if this has been asked already, but the instructions ask to search for 3 interviewers -- do i email all of them (especially since it's around the holidays)? what if all 3 reply?

also, the academic calendar says winter recess starts on december 23 -- should we assume that they'll still be reviewing apps until that date?

i thought the same thing, so my strategy was to contact one (after googling and finding one that i thought would be relatable). I figured if I didn't hear from the first alum after 2 days I would contact the next, etc. As luck would have it, I interviewed with my first choice.

why does part of the app instructions say interview is not required when everyone on here who's admitted has been interviewed?
