Any word of wisdom? I submitted my app before the wknd and my last recommender promised to submit the letter over the wknd. One thing led to another and I ended up submitting, but the recommender didn't. So my status now shows as incomplete. Given that the instruction says to apply only after recommenders have filed in, I wonder how this will be reflected on my candidacy... When I spoke with an admissions person, the person sounded nonchalant about it, but I still wonder....

justdoit123, I understand your anxiety, but I would take what adcom member said over what any of us would say.

Based on everything I've read and heard, it doesn't matter whether your app goes complete because you hit send or because your final reviewer does. Try not to lose any sleep over it. Posted from my mobile device

Many applications are submitted before the recommendations come in. Don't sweat it, it's a non-issue. The only thing that is relevant is that they'll only start reviewing your app after all elements are complete. The order doesn't matter.
