Not saying that out of anything with evidence. I just thought since you are starting earlier, the AdCom would get back to you first. But I could be completely wrong.

j term applicants are not for January 2016 but January 2015. Thats why we go before ED regular term ppl

anybody knows if Columbia accept Skype interview? There are no alumni in my city.

You can do a Skype interview, but they prefer a face to face one. I flew to another country for the interview, it shows your commitment.

J term is for this upcoming january 2015.. thus it makes sense they get preference in receiving interview invites since they are starting school in 3 months where as reg term ED candidates start in aug 2015.

glad to see that the wait time is down to 2 weeks for initial hear back. keeping my fingers crossed as i'm near the 2 week mark as well.

Does the application status on your account change at any point before hearing back from adcom? ie. change for "application submitted" to "application under review"

Anyone hearing back after the interviews? Had my interview on Sunday (10/5), interviewer submitted feedback on Monday (10/6) Haven't heard back yet.. Getting nervous!

ED or J term?

Interview submitted on 9/29, still waiting too.... the wait is just downright awful! I'm literally checking my email every other 30 min
