Does cbs offer final admission after interviews on s rolling basis? Or is there a final date?
Going by the records, All decisions will be done by Dec 20th (last date). Just like how if you got invited to interview was expected by Nov 15th

Good luck

By the ding, analysis at MBA Conquerors is free if any of you’re looking to see the reason for rejections, could be a free resource to use. Just drop an email and ask- info@mbaconquerors.com

By the way**

Bugs just removed the phrase lol

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll keep a look out for it too. The wording on their website for this year is pretty similar to what it was for interviews.

And it’s actually useful if they do it all in one go. Avoids all the headache of will they, won’t they.

Just noticed Class of 2026 Profile has been posted https://academics.business.columbia.edu ... ss-profile

In summary, the applications are up from 5895 to 7487, 27% up YoY! That's huge! The average for last year seems was 20%

In terms of other parameters, average GMAT is also up to 732 from 730 and GRE is up to 324 from 322.
The UG GPA also ticked up to 3.6 from 3.5.

Good luck everyone! 🤞

Did they add the GRE? I don’t recall CBS sharing that for the Class of 2025 profile.

This looks like the case according to Clearadmit: https://www.clearadmit.com/2023/12/colu ... 5-profile/ vs https://www.clearadmit.com/2024/11/colu ... 6-profile/

Has anyone got scholarship info from CBS? I don’t see any info in my decision letter or anywhere else. Does that mean zero scholarship?

any idea on what are the chances of converting waitlist?
Hi @venram ! The chances of waitlist conversion depends on various factors (applicant pool, communication with adcom and proactiveness). Here are a few suggested steps that you shall follow post a waitlist:
1. Find the officer in-charge of the WL and connect with them.
2. Write a supporting email to the WL officer in-charge. Including the points given below:
- How and why you were not able to present your 100% during the application.
- Express that you are still very interested in the program, and how it will be a perfect platform to help you achieve your ST and LT Goals.
- Mention how you have improved over the period, add few work promotions or new awards or achievements
- Connect with any current students (or alumni) of the program, mention their names and the best things they said about the program.
3. Try to be in touch with the b-school in all possible ways (LinkedIn, email, online events).

We’ve created a special blog for the "Waitlisted Strategies: How to Navigate the Process". It will help you with the necessary tips and insights to increase your chances of success!

All the best.

I did not receive a notification for joining slack. The portal does mention that a mail will be sent though.
