Assuming people will also be applying to other schools. (I was aiming to put this in the august intake group lol)

Calling all Columbia CBS MBA Applicants: J-Term Class of 2026 [#permalink]
Hi everyone, I'm a J-term R2 applicant. I had my interview on September 7th (applied on July 30th), but I haven't heard back yet.

From what I've seen on Clear Admit, it seems like some people who interviewed after me have already been admitted. As far as I know, J-term is on a rolling basis, and typically, final decisions come within two weeks of the interview.

Do you think it would be a good idea to reach out to Adcom for an update? is anyone else in a similar situation?

I’m in a similar boat -- I interviewed on September 12th and still haven’t heard back either. I noticed that candidates who interviewed up until the 11th have already received their decisions. Definitely feeling the anxiety too, but hang in there! We’ve just got to wait it out.

Thank you, all.

It seems like even with rolling nature admissions, decisions aren’t always made in the exact order. It looks like other factors (such as being an international applicant, application location, reapplying, etc.—I’m an international applicant) might also be considered.

Looks like I’ll have to wait in this anxious waiting game. Fingers crossed for all of us!

What's everyone's timeline updates? Still no news today. Is it true that the school will respond results anyway within 14 days?

I haven’t heard back yet either (it’s already been over 14 days since my interview).

I think this year, the policy of giving feedback within 14 days after the interview might not be strictly followed.

Based on Clear Admit, there is someone interviewed on Sep 4th and admitted on Sep 19th. What is your timeline?
