Hi - Can someone help/advise on what documents to submit for the English proficiency waiver? My schooling, undergraduation, CA have been in English but my certificates dont specifically point that out.

I think if your schooling has been in English you will not need the TOEFEL OR IELTS.
What I would suggest you do is reach out to the admissions staff at Cornell to clarify.
