If you do undergrad or masters from English speaking country you can get waiver That’s what I know

I think it is more of a formality question, they will obviously see that undergrad was in English. My undergrad was in US, what proof do they want if I already have transcript xD

English is the official language in Nigeria and classes are taught in English .

Unclear whether policies have changed in 2025. Back in 2017, my MS university declined my English-proficiency waiver despite English-medium undergraduate instruction, citing that my institution wasn’t in an English-speaking country. eventually I submitted IELTS but pretty sure things are different now
