To see your career progression If titles , pay and experience are coherent

Post MBA employability is huge factor for B schools in 2025 That’s what I read So clarity on goals & feasibility , Pre MBA WE, pay , title Visa All are getting extra scrutiny this year That’s what I read in Reddit

Also another question: If one's worked in the same firm but in different functions (Marketing, Product), then what should we enter in the "Job Title"?

Is it same role different responsibilities or you horizontal pivoted to different roles with time in same company

Every new title is new entry in application and CV even it’s same company Like Marketing lead 2024 Company X Product Manager 2025 Company X But make sure CV, letter of recommendation and application are aligned on it
