Dont Darden interview invites come out later for international? I have seen a couple people say that no interview invite by now is a bad sign, but Dardens website says interviews can be sent until Jan 12th. So why is everyone worried? Is this information from prior years that all interview invites go out before Thanksgiving?

Dont Darden interview invites come out later for international? i am still hoping... but there hasnt been much news from anyone here since the week around thanksgiving... i am hoping it is in batches...

I just checked last years blog because I was curious. People got invited on Dec 15th and even later. So Im not worrying yet. They must have a load of applications to read through.

I called Darden on Friday to ask about interview invitations. The lady told me that there were still a (crap)load of applications to be read. Then I was given the generic answer that the invitations will go out all the way up to decision date. =\

yeah that would surely put us out of our misery ....
anyway, its a sunk cost now .. so better to concentrate on next apps and forget about it till the D-day !!!

only if it affects a lot of people from different countries. if it only affects strictly a few countries then i dont think it is "global"

@mbaisrael - what event are you considering..i think it could work because many events have global implications and spark debate etc among many nations

i would focus on what you learned and how the event changed your perceptions of leadership in both a broad and personal way, if you can answer those questions effectively i think you are in business

i wouldn't get wrapped around the axle with semantics
