Hello dears, nice to meet you. I'm planning to apply for the standardized tests waiver option but apparently applications are not open yet nor for the Full MBA itself. Do you know when it will be possibile to apply? Thanks

Wow. That is a surprising. That is a month until the deadline....

Very surprising since Darden was the pioneer of test waivers. They did mention however that they deny close to 90% percent of those who applied without a test score

Honestly, I am thinking smth is off. When I select Round 2 or Round 3, it also says the application for test waiver is closed. Perhaps it is an issue on their end, which would soon be resolved. If not, it would not be a bad idea to reach out directly to them.

I guess they have opened the application but forgot to change the deadline.

Exactly, I tried that as well and I get the same message. For Ealry action I had the doubt but Round 2 and 3 deadline is still very far.

I wrote them an email, will keep you posted.

My idea by the way is to apply for the Early action but I don't have a great GRE at all. But at least I could get an interview and play my cards there. Let's see.

They replied me but they just linked me the procedure on how to request a test waiver...

I answered them back with screenshots, the option to apply for a waiver is not available at all in the portal, no matter the round you're trying to apply to.

Let's see.

Hello dears,
quick update on the GMAT/GRE test waiver. They replied me and told me that the deadline to submit a test waiver for the Early Action round is 25 August.

They also started a test waiver application on my behalf in the application portal and it works. So you might as well try to reach out to them if such application is still not visibile for you in the portal.
