In essence they require proof of strong analytical skill from work experience, undergraduate/graduate academic patch and other certifications. You can actually choose which of the three you will leverage for your waiver.
You need to submit an application through the same portal where you submit the MBA one. Only thing in my case it was not showing up, so I needed to contatc the university and they provided me a working link.
By the way I just had a quick virtual chat with one member of the adcom and other peers, it was very nice for them to offer this overview of the MBA
