UNC, Gtown & duke. In at Unc & Gtown but WL at duke.

Did anyone else just get an email re: financial aid? I'm trying to figure out if this means I won't be getting a merit scholarship or if it just means that they have processed my FAFSA.

I didn't get any addional e-mail.

Since I'm international student I'm not eligible to the FAFSA. So this other e-mail you received could be about that.

well I'm leaning towards Gtown cus I got $. Dont see much diff btw unc & gtown really. Now if I were to convert at Duke then we got a decision to make.

There should be a link to the waitlist FAQ included in your decision letter -- for me, it was at the very bottom. That page describes some of your options, like retaking the GMAT. If that page doesn't answer your questions, then yes, I'd give them a call.

In an online chat, an admissions representative mentioned that some candidates who were waitlisted in the EA round were offered admission in R1. No numbers were provided, however.
