There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
1.Do I need to provide the office email of recommenders?
2.Will the recommendors get an online link to fill up the recommendation letter or do they have to scan and attach a print out of a typed LOR with a company seal on it?
Thanks.

1. no - when you fill the form they will be notified 2. mostly online. I think international recs *might* need to mail the thing in but mostly online.
I'm in for Round 2... except for one small think. They say that they require a C minimum in each calculus course taken in college. I actually took 2 calculus courses and scored a D in both of them. Do I still apply?

it is probably best to call and see what they say. You might need to use the optional essay to indicate why you got the Ds.

Thanks & Kudos, Saselai.
Another question, In the application, Can any IND students tell, which level math course to mention for the calculus course.?
I had taken Maths in High School, College, and Undergraduation (M1,M2,M3). Do i need to mention Undergraduation or College or High School math. If Undergraduation out of the 3 Maths courses, which should i mention as the calculus course?

Yes but dont we need to enter the official email of the recommender, otherwise how will they be uniquely identifiable, everyone would start entering yahoo, gmail emails of their friends.

You SHOULD provide an official/work email - that will look professional and authentic and will bring less 'scrutiny' with it. They may go and investigate (may be a phone call or who knows what) when you provide yahoo, gmail, hotmail whatever email addresses for you recommenders.
Think I remember them asking for a verified (company)email, and I believe they said at an event they look into gmail, hotmails, etc more closely and will verify during the background checks.
Why are you worried about the work emails? You could address your motivation in an optional essay and just provide phone numbers/etc to help

People normally enter work emails. I know some schools explicitly says they prefer work emails and WILL CHECK if its non-work email.
Another question about the academic details that need to be submitted.
UG Final Transcript containing all the individual subjects and Marks. Do we need to attach the scanned copy of original degree certficate as well.?
Do i need to submit all individual transcripts, even if i have a final transcript mentioning all the subjects and marks over the years. I have many individual transcripts.

Thanks hendrix, for the suggestion.
Can anyone tell , what is the word limit for 1.Essays 2.letters of recommendation(LOR)? I could not find it on duke website.
Robin, you may want to read through the application a bit more carefully. They mention it's 2 pages, 1.5 spacing, >= 10pt font in the essays section.
No worries if you missed it, I must admit their app is one of the longer ones. School my mother graduated from? Really?

Thanks Swan, Yeah it is funny i mean why on earth would they want to know which university our parents attended.
ashu, Its upto you to include other school names, but in my opinion the adcoms wont really take notice if you mention HBS or Texas Mcombs, its just a formatility i imagine.
Please list grades for all college level quantitative courses you have taken in the following subjects
So, for Internationals, if we dont have the A, B, grading system then we dont need to fill this one right?
For Current Courses, can i add any BrainBench online softskills(Business Development, Communication) training courses names? I will get a certficate at the end
Can we provide the LOR from a Senior Associate, who is the supervisor OR does it have to be a Manager?
I know it says in the website someone who knows you well but i am confused that if my supervisor is a Senior Associate can i submit his LOR or do i need to ask my Manager?

Your supervisor is more than adequate. It doesn't need to be a 'manager' but someone that can speak to your strengths and weaknesses while also providing examples to substantiate their claims. The person should also be your superior. So with that being said, your recommender will work fine. Remember, it isn't the job title of the recommender so much as how well they can speak to you as a person and are your boss. I believe a FAQ also reiterates this point.
