I dont think a lot of schools have this. Atleast from among the bunch that I researched.

Not a whole lot. Dartmouth Tuck offers this. Kellogg sort-of "requires" this.

And I wouldn't stress too much about it now. All the top 20 schools that offer this so-called "self-initiated" interviews have passed. So just do your best on your written application. If you're really good, you'll get that interview no matter what.

Hi All, Congrats to all those who got the RD1 interview invite. I noticed that there is on campus interview Jan 7-8 but I will be out of country during those days. Do you guys know if there is any other weekend to sign up to interview at Duke? I remember stating on-campus interview when I submitted my app but now I have to be out of country for work, will it be ok to schedule an interview on campus after the designated dates? or should I request to change it to a local alum after I get back? any tips from people who may have done it before are welcom. thanks in advance
