When are the results/decisions typically announced? Is it a fixed time (e.g. 12:00pm EST) or is it random? Historically, when has it been so for the previous rounds?

Notification goes out around 2PM. I just checked the notification e-mail that the status was updated for R1 and it was 1:27 PM EST. I would expect to see decisions updated between 1 and 3 PM EST tomorrow. Good Luck to everyone waiting it out.

Do they notify accepted applicants via telephone or is it only via email?

From previous rounds it seems that Fuqua does not call applicants. Rather, you'll receive an email indicating that the status of your application has been updated. After that, you'll log in to Apply Yourself and your decision should be there.

That is right. Its one mass e-mail update. it is nice because it eliminates the worrying after the first call is reported.

Completely agree with you on that one, rgupta83. I'd much rather have the good/bad news delivered in a more impersonal but predictable form like email than having to stare at my cell phone all day hoping it will ring.
