Yes I received a waiver and I did all the same for Emory as well as other school. Yet I have literally 0 offers in hand. Apparently none of these either hold no importance or are just placebos and used when severely necessary. As my friend Manish said, go ahead and apply with your best foot forward but this year there is no guarantee for anything
