Nov 17 or 19th update on their admissions newsletter indicated that for R1 they won't be notifying admitted students before the notification date. For R2 and R3 they said they hope to notify people before the notification date but they also indicated that things can change.
...Now back to my last day of Final exams......

They called all the admits in US last year.
you know what applicants go thru... No updates on the status page.. No interview invites yet and there is an open statement that "we send interview invites till the decision date" - this situation leaves me (and may be many others too but i choose to speak for myself) to think "worst of all - a Reject or may be something else better than reject" on the decision date. The second option - well, it leaves me anxious. 
...Somebody should get a call.. 
) so we'll know about it for sure today... and the R1 decisions are not final yet either - that's what infer from the last sentence
