I second TMS's message. According to last year's thread, phone calls are probably going to start going off Monday and Tuesday (with most of them being done the first two days of the week). Good luck to all!!

I personally don't have any reason as to why the admission committee WOULDN'T call the internations. Tuck prides itself on the close-knit community and whether you're 100 miles or 10000 miles away, Tuck wants you to feel that it's all a big family coming together. For them to call not internationals (who make it on the admit list) is more or less a shot in its own foot, I think.

I agree. The small class also makes it easier to do.

Can we assume that all the accepted guys will be called until the end of the week and the results that will be release on the website on friday at 5pm will be only dings (and maybe WL)? What do u think?

I think that at this very point it's all speculation. I mean, Tuck could just as well not call anyone this year and release all information on Friday. But if we want to judge things by the way Tuck did last year, the adcoms literally started calling on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then it pretty much died off. I believe that there was a Tuck chat on Wednesday of last year (in the same week that the decision is released for EA applicants) and the adcom said that most phone calls have gone out already. I think that for most of the applicants, it can be assumed that if you don't get a phone call, chances are on Friday at 5pm EST you'll find either a ding or a waitlist in your ApplyYourself.

One way or the other I'm showing up on Admit weekend. They are going to have to take me out screaming if they don't want me there. Either that or just show up to classes. If you get accepted please let me know when the admit weekend is. Also, I'll be looking to carpool.

My day (i.e. Monday) has actually started here as I am 12 or 13 hrs ahead in this part of the world! Therefore I will have to wait patiently for the sun to set before anticipating any calls. To all who are in US, have a good night rest and may all wake up to a good Monday!
