Okay someone help me out because I'm a little lost. When should round 2 interviews go out and when should decision be rendered for Round 2 applicants. I have searched throughout this forum and can't get a clear answer.

After my interview with USC they said decisions will be released "some time in March." I'm pretty sure they will wait until after the Consortium draft to release decisions. I didn't apply to any of the other schools so I have no idea.
I just received all of my Texas login information. Apparently it has to go through the McCombs system and the greater UT system. This sure seems a little late.

I was Rd.1 and recieved my login info about 2 weeks ago, so it's probably not all that late for Rd.2. Are Rd.2 decisions released the week of February 20th too?

Are you a Round 1 or Round 2 applicant? When was your USC interview?

I'm a Round 1 applicant. My SC interview was back on January 5th.
Just got the admit email from Emory, anyone looking to interview feel free to PM if you have any questions.
PS ranked them 3/5
So is Marshall the last one you have yet to hear from? What are your thoughts on where you might end up?

Yeah its just down to Marshall, but I haven't built the relationships I did for my other schools and ranked them 5/5 so at this point I'm thinking its a ding as well. I'm 95% to Cornell. Waiting to see how scholarship weekend and the cgsm draft plays out, barring no money from Cornell and full-ride from Emory, I should be in Ithaca come august. Still going to send an update to NYU as I've aced a class and had some positive developments at work since my application, but I think I'd be out of the running for any money from them at this point if I were to get in off the waitlist.

Congrats man! What contact have you had with your last school, USC?
Thanks man! I've only gotten log-in info from them back in November I think, but nothing at all since then.

I think it's pretty obvious that they're sensitive to rankings then. Well good luck at Cornell's scholarship weekend. Looks like there's a decent chance we'll both end up at Johnson!

Yeah them and UCLA, but I also didn't do the best job of building the relationships there as I did at other schools.
Thanks man, I guess I'll see you up at admit weekend
I have dual citizenship, but there was no place to enter this in the Consortium general application or the Yale specific questions. (There was for Tuck, if I recall correctly).
I was talking to a rep from Emory about the Consortium Fellowship selection process and turns out it really is like a draft lol. She said that before the meeting, adcom members usually sit down and make a list of candidates they're interested in offering a fellowship to. Once they're all in a room, they have a screen and they go through each applicant one by one (where they can see our admissions, decisions, profile, etc) and it's kind of like an auction based on how you ranked the schools. She said they have to really pay attention because it goes really fast and if you're not careful, you might miss your opportunity to "bid" on a candidate.

So I was reading through last year's Consortium thread and came across this post. Doesn't it get you all hella pumped for the draft?!? I wish it were televised soooo bad! That would be awesome!
I've also come to the realization that the 2011 Consortium folks had much more humor than us. We need to step our game up folks.
