Last week I received an email from Kelley stating that the Consortium would mail its membership and fellowship decisions on March 19. So it does seem like the draft will be held later this year than in previous years. I don't think we should stress if the news comes out after the 15th.

I know that Darden's invites are rolling, and they don't seem to have an interview deadline prior to decisions unlike some schools(Ross, Johnson, Tuck are the ones I know about, and they have all past). As far as the VA residency, it may be a case of them putting together all the pieces of your app prior to final review. I had an interview with them this week and the adcom member who interviewed me had not seen my application nor read my resume. The way she explained it is that 2 people read the app and decide to invite, one person does the interview without reading the other's notes, and all three reports are submitted to another 2 people for final decision.
Long story short, I think they are completing all aspects of your file for review.
