Will do! I emailed them earlier today (After being dineged at McCombs) as well, so if I hear back I will post here. I was wait-listed at Anderson last month.

Sorry about McCombs and best of luck with Marshall. Were you at Spotlight on Marshall by chance?
Wait listed at Texas. I had a pretty great interview with an admissions officer via Skype. We even exchanged a few emails afterwards. I never visited the campus though. I ranked them 5th on my constortium ranking, so I am not sure if that played a role. I have been happy with some amazing choices given to me so far but still think this process is a crapshoot. Thought I would be accepted at Texas, especially since I was already given fellowships at other similarly or higher ranked schools. I guess some people are right in that the process is unpredictable.
To those who were accepted, congrats! The school seems like a great place to be for two years.I believe I will turn down the wait list. Wait list candidates rarely get fellowships right?

Ima go ahead and agree with you there. I imagine rankings play a significant part (ranked them 4/4). I spent a good amount of time in Austin meeting with folks but oh well, I, too, just turned down the waitlist.
I just received an email from Darden asking me to fill out a VA residency form (that form isn't part of the Consortium app obviously). I applied R2 but I haven't been invited to interview. But they don't really need that form to decide on applicant obviously,..honestly, since i havent heard anything from Darden I assumed I was probably a ding,...but if they already decided not to invite me,..do you think they would even bother asking me to fill out the form?
Anybody have an opinion on this?

I'm in the same boat, perhaps it's wait list related...
McCombs acceptance yesterday follow by a Marshall acceptance today. Helluva good week! I'll be withdrawing my waitlist at Tepper and withdrawing my application from Haas later today to avoid recieving any negitive information. I'm trying to keep the good vibes flowing all the way through to Fellowship time.
What the hell is Haas doing?... NO RD2 invites yet?!? Someone tell me I'm mistaken.

I reported earlier that I got a R2 Haas invite on this forum. I also have a friend who got one.

Ok... Cool. Thanks snramargarita. At least I have a basis to evaluate the timing. I'd much rather know something positive or negative than know nothing at all. Did you already interview? If so how was it?

waitlisted at Yale. I honestly don't know what to do now.

Keep your head up for starters. Yale is an amazing school and they put you on waitlist for a reason! Do you have anything else right now that looks promising?
