Absolutely - I worked in a job where people applied to a Fellowship with us... and calling accepted applicants was the best part of our whole Selection process - the one time I was told applicants were notified via email before I called them I was pretty disappointed. I'm sure this is Adcom's favorite day(s) (cause it happens again for Round 2 and 3) of the year. Best of luck everyone!
