The invite came through e-mail. No call or anything. I wonder how long it takes to get the final decision. Waiting is harder than applying

It very well may come down to the personality/policy of the individual admissions rep. One might respond to all thank you notes, while another might respond to none.

For Evening Programme :
They e-mailed me to confirm an interview appointment. If i remember correctly, it was around 15th of this month.
And as for the Round1 decissions, I was told during the interview that it would be out on 22nd of March.

Out of the 7 admits, from Round 1, do we know how many are accepting since March 2nd is the deadline to accept or reject admission offer I believe?

For those R1 admits do you mind sharing what came in your acceptence packet? Iam a R2er who has done the interview and is anxiously waiting.. Specifically:

1) any financial aid info?
2) did anyone attend the admit weekend - if so how was it?
3) how long did they give u to reply/post a deposit and how much was it?
4) what all else was required.. I noticed a small discrempency with the dates of an old employment.. Is there a background check? Should I notify them now? Or let the review process take its course and bring it up later??
5) those who turned it down.. Any particular reason y?

1) I received the financial aid info along with the decision. The welcome binder reiterated the same.
2) I am international student, so couldn't attend the welcome weekend.
3) The results were announced on Jan 15 and we had time till March 1 to pay the $1k deposit.
4) From what I know, all schools do a background check with a random sample of students. If it's a minor discrepancy it shouldn't matter. But I don't think it'll hurt your chances if you drop a mail clarifying it.
5) I accepted my offer :)

I had my web interview today with admission comittee member.

General interview -
Started with discuss yourself .... short term long term goals ... biggest professional experience.. specific question on my professional experience ... something that you would like your classmates to know ... why GTown... a very specific question to situation on why deciding to do MBA ... intrests outside of work ... any questions for her.

It was a very relaxed conversational interview .. I did okay .. could have one better on 1 of the questions. But overall good... now its all a waiting game .. I wish March 25 came rite after March 2 :)

For anyone admitted in R1... Were admission decisions posted online on the release date or did you have to wait for the packet to arrive in the mail??

I have to notify another school on april 1st and iam a lil anxious because GTowns R2 release date is the 25th..Sure hope it's via email/online as well.
