Last year the calls started coming in around 10/10:30, the year before only around 3:30pm. So it might be a few hours of wait ...

Got my call around 10:15, got accepted. Mixer is 4/16, but not sure if I'm able to make it.

Does anyone with experience know how important this is? Worth changing business plans around it?

Don't think that and don't lose hope...they waitlist a lot of folks in Round 1 and Round 2...I have seen a lot of people get in after being in the waitlist.

Apart from that, you never know whether they will call after lunch...

I got my call last year at around 5:15pm pacific time. I had already lost hope then saw the 510 area code pop up on my phone. Don't throw in the towel just yet...
