can one plz share their iese interview experience

I am done with my interview. Overall it was very conversational and comfortable. To be more specific most of it was very personal - your story, your background, childhood influence, family, place you belong + work wise - it was very situational - failures, working style, team structure, conflict resolve, challenges faced and every question had a follow up question as to how did you deal with the situation /overcame it, decision making ability during job switches - why? what ? etc

Hi everyone, I got done with my interview. It was conversational, more personal and situational. I would recommend know your strengths, weakness, culture, passion and ofcourse your plan ahead. They honestly want to know who you are as a person so every question was designed to get a sense of how you react in different situations - at work and personally.
