Hi
Conqueror31,
Apologies for the delayed response but hope this finds you in time still.
You have several valuable talking points in your profile, so how you consolidate everything in your essays and link your experience with your goals will be crucial. The GMAT has scope for improvement, and retaking might not be such a bad idea, especially since time is on your side. The worst-case scenario is that you will not see an improvement, and that will not hurt much, honestly.
IESE appreciates it if you have taken the time to interact with alumni, attend events, and do your own little research. So, use your time towards this end as well.
In a nutshell, GMAT is not the sole factor in determining your chances of success at IESE; a lot else is also at stake, but, yes, it will not hurt to attempt the GMAT again; an improved score will only boost your chances.
All the best!

Hello folks!
Wanted some suggestions.
I am an Indian and a working professional since 2019, currently employed with Bain & Company (Bain Capability Network), 4+ years, and serving as Project Leader for the financial services industry in the Middle East. Prior to this I was with McKinsey & Company (McKinsey Knowledge Center) for 2 years in their financial services practice. I also happen to have an entrepreneurial experience for few months in 2018-19, which gave me an international exposure as I was importing goods.
Recently gave my GMAT for the first time and scored a 665 (Q80, VR86 & DI83), planning to apply for the Aug/Sept 2027 intake of IESE.
Can someone suggest if I have a good chance at IESE and a possible scholarship? Would really appreciate any inputs as I am a bit confused about retaking the GMAT.
Thanks!
