Update from an existing student:
Got info from PGPX office Admissions team. Today R3 folks deadline is there for submissions of essays.

System failure is there. It may take some time for system to be running up again. They are working on it.

Just now had a word with PGPX office person, he said that their team is working on it . And if the issue doesn't get resolve soon they might extend the deadline.
