This is my opinion and from what I have seen with my peers and those i have helped in the last few yrs. For those already earning close to 18-20 lpa, their immediate post mba salary might be a little disappointing, however, it becomes much easier to increase and sustain a higher salary (than without an mba). Good resources in Tech (engg manager types) might not follow this trend though, since tech salaries are anyways high.
If someone is in range of 30-35 lpa engg is mba suggested?

If you already see a pathway to get from here to 70-80+ lpa in the next 5 yrs then don’t go for MBA. If you don’t, then evaluate how mba can push you to higher earning roles.
Hi guys, I have 4.6y work ex at an mnc, but the initial stint of 8 months was the training period after getting placed The work was full time but recieved lesser salary as compared to the actual conversion after the 8 month period
Will my entire WE be considered or do I need to subtract the initial 8 months

Hi WA@blv2414, Your entire WE will be counted. Training was part of job after being placed. Your date of joining will be considered for calculating WE.
