There is no recommendation in IIMA

One more question, if after shortlististing we receive the essays then will there be further shortlisting based on essays or will we be directly called for interview?

Does anyone know what we’re supposed to upload under “Relevant Documents” in the Employment Experience section of the IIMA PGPX application? Should we upload the offer letter, salary slips, or any other employment-related documents?

I had uploaded experience letter for my ex firms and payslips for my current org I wanted to know how is the dubai campus. Is it good for receiving job opportunities in middle east?
