Annexure language

The registration annexure says:

In case I wish to withdraw from the EPGP 2026 admissions, I have to intimate IIMB, by email to
[email protected], no later than 5:00p.m (IST) on January 17, 2026 and claim for refund of the initial
payment of Rs.4,00,000/- after deducting the administrative charges of Rs.1000/-. I further understand
that if I do not intimate about my withdrawal, by email, to IIMB no later than 5:00 p.m (IST) on January
17, 2026, I will not be eligible for any refund and I will forfeit the entire amount of Rs.4,00,000/-.

That’s my question actually. So what will happen after 17 Jan? Waitlist movement will be intimated, but offer letters will be released in mid-feb?

Thanks, but it’s still a bit confusing for me honestly. After 17 Jan, they will immediately start rolling offer letters one by one for the waitlists till mid of Feb?Or will all waitlist candidates get offer letters from mid of Feb onwards?
