A lot of you seem to be extremely worried about WAT, topics, what to write, scratchpad, rough work, etc.

WAT Doubts:
Based on my understanding, you will get a sheet with the WAT Topic printed on it. On one side of the sheet you will have the opportunity to make your rough notes. On the other side of the sheet you can write your response. The time for doing it is limited so please use the best of your time.

WAT Topics:
You should ideally be practicing writing with pen and paper if you are out of touch or have bad handwriting.
In terms of topics, there isn't an exhaustive list. What is more important is your ability to strucutre a coherent argument and present your view. Some topics can be:

1. India has a large pool of engineers and a huge consumer market, but relatively few globally dominant AI companies. Should India focus on becoming an AI user or attempt to build foundational AI models of its own?
2. The government has prohibited online money games while seeking to promote e-sports and social gaming. Should the state protect citizens from potentially addictive digital products, or should adults be allowed to make their own choices?
3. India is committing substantial public money to develop a domestic semiconductor ecosystem. Should governments subsidise strategically important industries even when the country may not initially have a natural cost advantage?

I can think of many more topics, but the point is what i stated above, your view is important.

What to carry, what to wear?

Wear business formals. Simple as that. You are not attending a wedding so don't dress in a way which is flashy. Be decent and well groomed. Applies to both males and females.
You can and should carry a folder for your documents. That is the professional way.
Carry a pen or two. No harm in doing that. They can provide their own stationary as well.


Personal Interview

This is the most important part of the day which can make or break your chances. If you underperform in it, you will be out. As simple as that. Staying calm and composed during the interview is important. There will be stress situations. I will cover in detail on my YouTube channel today as there are many things to consider in the EPGP interview. So you can check it out if it helps.

For WAT:
If we re read the final essay and find that there are few spelling mistakes or grammar does not sound right can we scratch the word by 1 line or overwrite the words. Is it fine or doing that can cut marks?

Hy Guys.. I'm thinking of conducting a webinar where me and my friends (let's see how many joins😉) will be answering any question that you have regarding the interview prep/WAT or related topic.

Just wanted to check the interest of the people, if we have some good double digit number, I'll share the link in the grp by confirming the availability of rest of the folks.
