One of my recommenders hasn't received a recommendation form yet. I've sent a mail to the pgpx team but haven't gotten a response yet. Today is the last date to submit it. Has it happened to anyone else? What should i do?

Round 3 shortlists go out on the 8th of Jan. Is it safe to assume that if round 2 waitlist doesn’t move until then there are very minimal chances of convert?

there was a post on this thread from last week. Round 1 waitlist convert. It happened after the round 2 waitlist convert. so we can not really assume anything, there are still people making final choices.

Plus pl read about mean median mode. Ops profs love that topic. Check for scenarios where mean would be better than mode OR mean is better than median. Cover all variations. Classic question. Also try to have basic idea of normal distribution curve . All the best.
