I dont think that there will be any major waitlist movement this year

Because, according to some news, IIMC has already given more no. of offers than the total no. of seats

I have been preparing for the GMAT for the past four years, initially enrolling in a Princeton Review classroom course in South Extension, Delhi. Following that, I joined Sandeep Gupta’s online classes, which are highly regarded and cater to the top one percent of test-takers. Despite my efforts, I still feel challenged, particularly with the verbal section and multi-source reasoning.

Could you kindly recommend a reputable coaching program that focuses on these specific areas? Additionally, I recently took the official mock exam on mba.com and scored 545. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am seeking insights from anyone who has taken both the GMAT and GRE, or who has transitioned from the GMAT to the GRE.

I have been preparing for the GMAT for the past four years, but I have struggled to achieve a competitive score; my current score on the GMAT Focus Edition is 545. Given my aspirations to pursue an Executive MBA at a top-tier Indian college, would it be advisable for me to switch to the GRE?

Hi fam.

I just gave my first Official GMAT mock after 4 months of self-prep and here is where my score stands.
I can see that I have to improve on a number of factors to get to my target 695+, while the most effort has to be given on Data Insights.
My final FE is in June last week which leaves me with 60 days of preparation. Can anyone suggest me what would be a goood course for 2 months that can substantially help me improve my DI score.

Hi there,

Great job taking your first official GMAT mock — it’s a crucial step to know exactly where you stand. Since you’ve identified Data Insights (DI) as your key improvement area, you should look for a focused, intensive course on GMAT DI that combines concept mastery with timed practice.
Here’s what I’d recommend for the next 60 days:

Daily DI Practice: Dedicate 60-90 minutes each day solely to DI sets, emphasizing accuracy and speed.
Structured Course: Consider online platforms like Target Test Prep, e-GMAT, or Manhattan Prep’s GMAT DI modules — they offer short-term plans perfect for 2 months of targeted prep.
Error Log & Analysis: Maintain a detailed log of mistakes to identify patterns and track progress.
Adaptive Mocks: Take full-length adaptive mocks every 2 weeks to build stamina and measure DI improvement.

You can also find curated resources and guidance on GMAT prep at Goedu, which can help you plan your last two months strategically.
All the best for your prep — you’ve got this!

Hi dhilavikash,

Yes, if four years of prep have not delivered results, it is about time you make the switch.

All the best!
