ksamadhiya, You have got good work experience, as an oil and gas PSU work is a demanding job! There will be many incidents that you can bring to focus from your career, which show leadership, empathy, operational excellence etc. The academics are good. But GMAT is slightly lower. Try to get something more than 645 if possible to be comfortable while applying.
