You must have chosen different cities. In my case I chose New Delhi for both A&C, got invite from IIM A for 10th Nov and from IIM C for 16th Nov.

They mostly ask about work experience and whatever your have written in your application. You need to know about your industry. Be prepared to be asked about future of your industry. I had my interview in R1. It went with few hiccups but eventually got selected.

When i click save and continue button, does the email gets triggered for the referees? I dont see any confirmation. Also it is not necessary to complete the whole application to be able to send LoR for referees right?

As per my knowledge they do. The interview committee asked one of the candidate if they knew that the school has reservation. IIM-A has also started this year onward as far as I know.

Yes, it gets triggered once you enter their contact details and hit "Save and Continue" BUT IIM_C has this problem that sometimes the email doesn’t get sent. I recommend following up with your recommenders and asking them if they got the email. If they didn’t, then IIM C would ask you to tell your recommender to get a print out of the application form, fill it manually, scan it and send it across

I am not sure about the math part. I was prepared with basic stats knowledge but they didn’t ask me anything around that.

Make sure to carry your 12th passing certificate. Apparently, the word P-A-S-S on your marksheet in not enough evidence to convince IIM Cal that you did, actually, qualify for an undergrad degree!
