You have an excellent GMAT score and decent acads. But as you mentioned, you have switched many jobs during your career and that will definitely be grilled in the interview. You need to ensure you write a solid SOP that covers why MBA and try to get LOR from someone you worked with closely.

BTech= 9.27 CGPA (NIT Patna)

GFE score= 625

Work ex= 9yrs in an oil PSU

During my college days, took the initiative to establish and co-found the student chapter of a reputed international professional society. Also, led the team representing my college for the first time at an international level vehicle design and speed competition and ended among Top 3 teams of the competition. As the General Secy of the student chapter was instrumental in organising a number of activities, workshops, seminars etc in the college.

While at college, I had also volunteered for teaching children living in slums nearby college premises.

In my professional journey till date, I have worked in 3 different roles at 4 different locations within India. Have received 3 progressions during the 9 years at my company. Was instrumental in implementation of flagship schemes of GOI in the most rural and tribal areas of the country. Have received recognition from the company for increasing digital reach among the customers and also for increasing profitability in commercial sales. Currently leading a team of 45 channel partners and have worked with more than 130 channel partners during my last 7 years experience in sales which has enriched my experience of working with and managing people with different dispositions, culture, age, financial capability, education, demography etc.

Your academics is good and you have a rich work experience. On the flip side, the GMAT score is slightly lower side for these colleges.

You can fill that gap with better application and interview, highlighting the value of your experience. We will also suggest you to explore the possibility to apply in colleges outside ISB and top 3 IIMs, if you want to avert the risk altogether.

Otherwise you have genuine chance to qualify in any one of these colleges, given your interview is better than most other candidates.

My grades in GMAT is not so good to get the admission in IIM Calcutta. But as there are lot of other factors like SOPs, Career, Grades etc. I am seeking experts suggestion before I apply.

Career : 8+ years of exp in Oil & GAS industrial Sales Domain in a Fortune 500 MNC. In 8 Years career 7 Years in Oil & Gas & 1 Year in Logistic Startup.
Last 3 Years working as a Sales Manager heading business of 200-300Cr, Works involve Strategy, Client's energy demand optimization, Handling Team of 6-7 person ( Sales Engineers & Customer Support), Market Research, People Management, Cross Functional Projects, P&L, Reporting etc.

Prior to that I was working as a Sales Engineer for 5 years which used to be an individual Role for B2B Business in ENERGY & logistics domain.

International Projects : 1 Company Sponsored Management Training & 1 Digital Transformation Project as a Business Expert.

Personal Interest : Data Analytics - Visualizations, Stock Market.

Hi all, I have an issue while trying to apply for Round 2. The "Apply Now" button in the MBAEx page leads to a page where I am not able to register using my email ID. It says that its already in use (this maybe because I applied last year). However when I log in with my credentials from last year, it is showing me my last year’s application with just a "log out" button.

Can anyone please suggest what to do?
