As Nikhil, already mentioned, defining a safe score isn’t a wise thing to do, as profiles and interviews matter a lot.

harshitverma14, In the current batch there are people from IT domain with a 630, as well as, 730 score. Also, I know a few people who got rejected with a 700 and 700+ scores. So, the best strategy would be to maximise your score, work on your profile and present your best version.
