Eligibility Criteria : • Executives with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA; • A valid GMAT or GRE score, the score must be valid till last date of application; • GMAT/ GRE score for test taken during November 19, 2015 – November 18, 2020, for Round 1 applicants, and February 1, 2016 – January 31, 2021, for Round 2 applicants o A minimum of 5 years of full-time post-qualification (after graduation) executive experience as on March 31, 2021. o The Programme is open to all nationalities; Admission schedule.png Selection Process : Candidate fills and submit the application form online Application Form and upload the scanned copies of the documents in support of the attainments mentioned in Eligibility Criteria; A Statement of Purpose (SOP) that enables the applicant to highlight his/her future goals and achievements Completed Application Form must be submitted by November 18, 2020 for first phase and January 31, 2021 for the second phase; Candidate provides the contact details with email ids of the recommenders. The suggested recommenders will receive an e-mail requesting them to submit the recommendation letters directly to the admissions office. I am sharing mine and some of my friend's recent IIM L interview experiences One: I just got done with the interview. It was not a stressful, but expect a few cross questions. Introduce yourself Questions around the profile Views on CAA. Other current affairs questions. Questions on your essay Basic maths Interests / hobbies and questions around that. It lasted for 20 mins. Two: I am done with the int. It was short - approx 12-15 mins. Not at all stress. Basic questions like why Ipmx, your role and resp. in current and previous org. - few questions regarding the same. Three: Question on hobbies for 10mins Bengal politics Why education against high package mnc Why not certification Why educational course 2 questions in industry I couldn't answer What is standard deviation basic maths Four: The interview went for 17 min..i)they asked for an intro ii) why IPMX iii) what is my companies future plan iv) some thing about oil trading and hedging v) why petrol and diesel price in india is so high? v) who is petroleum minister?(I had to forget it this time only) vi) one question on economics.

one more interview experience at IIM L 15 minutes - 1. Intro - they asked me to slow down in my pace( I usually work with US clients and I speak real fast) 2. Favourites books or hobbies 3. Industry usage of analytics 4. Why IPMX - You are an extreme tech oriented person with analytics domain, why not MBA with analytics as a program
