We have worked with candidates in the 640-660 GMAT score range and have been able to help them secure admission even in IIM A, B and C. Apart from the colleges you have mentioned, I would urge you to try for A, B, C (at least from the limited info that you have shared)
However, a lot rides on your application and essays. Clarity of thought on why you need an MBA now and where you want to go from here will be essential. Focus on your application and essays and remember to showcase all that set you apart, yet makes you a suitable candidate for these programs.
