main achievement: Brought a molecule for Alzheimer's disease to clinic. Thanks for sharing your profile.
Your work experience is very unique. Plus you have international work experience. These things are valued highly in the application. As per our understanding you have better than average extra curricular.
The GMAT is on the slightly lower side. Considering all, you have a good enough chance at IIMK, IIML and IIMI. But you need to be at the best of your game in your applications and interview to get through with 640. Apply sincerely and prepare well for the interview and you will definitely qualify.
