Hi
neya90,
please see below.
1. It doesn't mean anything. Invites are not sent based on the quality of applications or how much INSEAD likes you.
2. Usually 24-48 hours. Considering today is Saturday, you can expect to receive the details of your interviewers on Monday or Tuesday.
3. You'll be given about 4 weeks to complete both interviews. Your interviewers will be aware of the deadline for interviewing you. Because they are volunteers and do this out of their personal time, it is best to let them decide a date of their convenience. Of course, if they propose dates that don't work for you, feel free to push back. They're just people like you and me and, therefore, they know you may have conflicts in schedule. To your other question, there's really no advantage to interviewing early or late.
4. Your interviewers most likely won't care about your current salary. You'll share with them your application PDF but, chances are, they won't pay much attention to details such as your salary. But if they do and they want to ask (again, highly unlikely), just have an answer ready. But if they don't ask (most likely), don't bring it up.
Good luck!

Hey folks,
Seeking the wisdom of the people. I received my invite on the last day of the interview deadline and hence had 4questions
1. Does it mean anything that my interview invite was this late in the window
2. I haven’t still received names of my interviewees. How long should I wait for it.
3. On the interview time line when should I be targeting the interview. Any advantage to pushing for interviews sooner rather than later
4. It seems my current salary stats put me considerably above the post mba salary stats for Insead. Do I need to address that somehow.
