Hey, has anyone used egmat for their prep?
I’m getting a score between 615 645 on GMAT club and feel that my RC is quite weak, especially when it comes to the difficult passages. So I’m planning to proceed with some structured learning material which can also analyse the performances in areas that I might’ve missed out on.
Would you recommend egmat in this case?
I have used egmat, wouldn't recommend it much. I'd rather suggest Target test prep and GMAT ninja on YouTube

Hey, I came across UniAdvise on LinkedIn and wanted to ask if anyone has taken their services for 2026 intake and how is their experience? Thanks!
I also had a call with them... Looks like they know what they are doing and have little experience. But they claim that they have placed many ppl in the T15s

I’m currently taking their services for next years intake- I got to know about them through some friends who worked with them last year (made it easy to trust). I’m glad I did though - no issues so far plus because they’re LBS alumni - they know their stuff and are very proactive and kind

Thank you so much for your response.

Ayantikasen
Hi am from India with 5.5 years of work experience as a fashion designer.
I have done bachelor in design (fashion) from NIFT. My gpa was 6.9.
Last 5 years I have been working with export house, retails and e-commerce brands. I have designed seasonal collections from uk & us based brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch, Ralph Lauren, Wrangler etc.
I have also worked with licensee brands such as disney, warner brothers to create graphic heavy collections for indian brands such as Max india and Tokyo talkies.
At my last job I have also redesigned the indian size chart for indian women to make create more body positive styles.
My post mba goal is to work with international luxury brands for brand management or marketing.
I am planning for 2026 sept intake for my mba.
I am planning to write my gmat by sept mid.
Please let me now given this profile what are my chances at INSEAD?
Thanks & Regards
Ayantika
Hi Ayantikasen!

Target for a GMAT FE score in the range of 665–685. If targeting R1 deadline Sept 16, 2025(maximizes scholarship chances), taking the exam earlier would be better. Do you have a mock score?

With a design background and GPA below 7, demonstrating quant readiness is key and important. You must highlight your creative-to-strategic pivot story: from designing collections to influencing brand strategy and sizing innovation. Emphasize your global brand exposure and customer empathy in your post-MBA goals. Quantify your contributions wherever possible (like number of SKUs launched, increased conversion/sales due to size chart revamp, or customer feedback impact, etc). Mention any experience managing interns, junior designers, or leading campaigns. INSEAD loves an international outlook + multicultural sensitivity. You can frame your export house and licensing work as cross-cultural brand collaboration.

Also, if you're INSEAD-focused but open to global options, you can explore ESADE, IE, SDA Bocconi, LBS, and NYU Stern.

Start prepping essays, LORs, & resumes as soon as possible because the application is lengthy.

Questions to reflect & answer (for Essays/Interviews):
1. What is the strategic insight you’ve developed from your design experience that can help global brands?
2. How have you influenced business decisions beyond design (like go-to-market, pricing, inventory)?
3. How would an MBA help you move from “maker” to “manager”?
4. What does inclusive fashion mean to you, and how would you scale that impact?

All the best for your exam. Happy to learn more about your story! Feel free to book a profile evaluation session.

I have used TTP and Crackverbal both. I feel Crackverbal is good, the instructors teach with strategies which can really really help to fare well in an exam like GMAT.

Fateh education is good for uk schools..especially for partner schools, not for oxford, lbs and insead like schools.

Hi

I am 32 M ,indian

Msc maths 7.67 CGPA

7 years of professional experience in the education management industry.

Goal to move to become an edupreneur

Will insead singapore/france will consider my profile
Hi, given that you have seven years of full-time experience but are currently 32, it would be important to clarify whether there are any gaps in your work experience. This information is essential in evaluating your competitiveness for top schools like INSEAD.

Additionally, have you already taken the GMAT? Your score will play a crucial role in determining your chances at highly selective programs such as INSEAD.

It would also be helpful to understand your leadership experience and whether you’ve driven initiatives or delivered impact beyond your immediate project responsibilities. Insights into your career progression in the education management space would further strengthen your profile assessment.

If you’d like a detailed profile evaluation, feel free to reach out to us at Think BlueBox Cosulting website, we’d be happy to help.

Hi, you seem to have a really competitive profile with the scores and work experience you have. To strengthen your profile, showcase leadership through cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact, highlight any global team collaborations or international project work, and deepen your extracurriculars by demonstrating commitment, leadership, or public engagement in swimming or travel. Let us know if you’d like a more in-depth evaluation or support with your application, we would be happy to help!

Wouldn't recommend TTP as well for Verbal. Not sure about GMATNinja though I did hear their name today in one of the success videos I was watching. You might want to find a few solid names for Verbal prep before committing to any
