Queries:
1. Honest profile reviews (esp concerned about lower work ex, limited international exposure & extracurriculars)
2. Would appreciate understanding how much of an impact it would create going for R3 instead of R2
Your work experience, which will be ~4.5 years at the time of matriculation will not be low for INSEAD, that said, age wise, you'd be amongst the youngest students in class. What would help is convincing the adcom that you will still contribute meaningfully to your classmates' learning and to various activities on campus.
Your seem to be on a high career trajectory with 3 promotions in as many years. Let your resume, job description essays and the recommendations speak impressively about your achievements and impact on your organization, as well as your future potential. the ECAs look a little dated as most of them come from undergrad. What have you done on this front more lately?
W.r.t your international experience- I'd love to know more details. What was your level of interaction with the global clients? It will be important to show skills like adaptability, cultural sensitivity and relationship building while working in global teams, and if you can do that in your 'limited international experience', it should be alright. Showing self awareness and personal growth through this experience is more important than merely listing it in number of years.
Between the remaining Sep intake rounds, I'd recommend doing R2 over R3. If you are unable to, consider pushing your application to R1 for the Jan intake. You will have the added benefit of an internship with that intake.
