Amit Tyagi from ISB has just confirmed that the school is facing issues with scheduling interviews due to the pandemic. He has confirmed that the interview schedule is running late and that interviews will go on until the first week of February

Your question is not clear...could you please re-phrase it properly?

Sure. I’ll explain. for example, someone interviewed early in October if he/she did not receive admit in first batch of R1 admits, did he/she receive admit in the final batch i.e. 5th Dec? Accordingly, we can decide how its going to be in R2. Those interviewed earlier in R2 if didn’t receive early admit decision will most likely be waitlisted/rejected.

Can we expect any more admits from R2? I had my interview on 8th jan but haven't received any communication from ISB yet.

R2 interviews are ongoing.. so a lot more results are expected.. if you have completed your interview, best thing to do is sit tight for that email..

So for people who had interview on 8th and if we didn’t hear anything. Should we treat it as rejected?

Interviewed on 8th January. But, haven't received any admit letter or waitlist or rejection.

Congratulations to everyone who got admitted and any other updates they got. I was expecting that I would be able to get any news yesterday. But, didn't able to get it.

Please stop driving your self crazy, just because someone else got an admit offer before you. ISB is doing the entire admission process on a rolling basis and the COVID situation has drastically slowed things down for them. Not to mention, someone might have a stellar profile, or may have received outstanding score on their interview, leading to a quick admit. You just sit tight. Stop monitoring the forums to see who got admit, what was their profile. You will not find a pattern and only drive yourself mad.. take a deep breath.. you gave your best shot, now wait for the result..

exactly! Even I was expecting a communication for isb yesterday. Whatever may be the result, it should atleast be communicated.people shouldn't be kept waiting like this.

Did you inform them that you are expecting an admit or reject result, before anyone else who is interviewed on the same day ?? It may come as a surprise, but each individual applicant's anxiousness is not something ISB takes into account. So chill.. They are doing the best they can, given the pandemic.. have some patience..

If you haven't received a reject, please wait.. some applicant's have reported getting interview calls 2 days before, and the interviews are scheduled till jan -end/feb 1st week, based on one of the posts here, which is from ISB admin i understand..

Hi Tracose,

Thanks for your advice. Well said better not to think about the result. Whenever, it has to come it will come no worries. Sometime it is nerve wracking. But yes, we need to be patient and leave it whatever it is going to come.

Just sit back and relax. In addition focus on other things.

Thanks Tracose once again.
