can I apply in R1 before receiving the GMAT official score report or do I need to wait for the official score before applying .

I had applied to ISB last year R2 just out of curiosity and this year I’m planning to apply seriously for R1. There are no much changes in my profile, should I select the option of reapplicant?
Is it ok if I apply as a fresh applicant from a new email id?

Hey everyone, does anyone have any idea if the in-centre tests are working in Delhi area? Few appointments are available. I just want to know if they are getting postponed because of covid? I am looking to take the test in the next couple of days
