Folks, done with my virtual interview now. Interviewers were very friendly. Along with why ISB & why MBA....rest of the questions mostly focused on my long term goal of starting insurance startup so the questions were hypothetical situations in Insurance industry and what my opinion is. Also about hobbies but once again a hypothetical situation regarding my hobby and what will I do in that situation. Not once was my short term goal topic came up.

How does ISB adcom view someone having experience on the higher side ? I will be having almost 10 years of experience by the time Program Starts in April 2023 ? Is it worth applying ?
