I wanted to add my post MBA goals: Immediate Goal is Strategy Consulting Long Term Goal is Entrepreneurship in a technical domain Please evaluate my profile and also suggest if I should retake my GMAT as I think that I can improve my score by 20-30 points.umab1602 hope this finds you well
On the surface, your profile looks good for ISB. I see a good balance in terms of professional trajectory and brand recall, and Extra-Curricular. I would call for deliberation on your post-MBA goals. You must understand that ISB is somewhat finicky about not having the "perfect" post-MBA goals in your essay 2. If you stand by your goals, you should show that you have done the research and connected with alumni and recruiters to draw insights on the right strategy for this transition. Also, you need to be more specific about your long-term motivation and talk about the exact problems you have seen through your experience that you wish to solve with your Tech entrepreneurship.
A better approach would be to think about what you would like to do in the long term, say 10-15 years from now, and why. Then break down your journey toward your long-term goals into possible alternative career paths (a plan A and a plan B) that would help you to pick the right set of skills on the way.

On the surface, your profile looks decent. As you may know, one of the most important criteria B Schools evaluate applicants on is growth potential, therefore you must reflect on how you have demonstrated an upward professional trajectory in the last 8 years working in the same start-up. Your ECs seem to be diverse and I hope you would be able to corroborate your involvement through certificates or letters of appreciation.
I am somewhat unclear about the nature of the work at the creative startup and whether you would be able to connect your experience with your motivation for launching your socially responsible retail brand. However, I like that you have identified the specific role that will help you to experience the building blocks of online retail businesses firsthand. Supply chain planning and logistics is a vast domain, therefore you should be able to elaborate on what all problem areas would you like to delve deeper into from your long-term perspective. From a learning perspective, supply chain network design, in-house product design, forecasting, and analytics are some other areas apart from SC logistics to consider. If you show thorough research and understanding of your short-term professional objective, you will leave a strong impression on Adcom. Feel free to reach out should you need advice.

Anyone with gap year after work ex or in between work ex or took a job after graduation have gap in between graduation and 1st job converted isb?
