Your profile is good, with the diversity of handling complex operations in Railway Maintenance. This job requires a lot of time and mental effort and you learn to face any challenging situation.
Outside work, your academics are about average. Since you have not mentioned about extra curricular activities, its difficult to judge the profile holistically.
But, given the information available, you can have realistic chances of getting into ISB at GMAT 690 onward. But you are still aiming to get a score, so aim high - around 720 maybe.

Profile is great. Since the graduation scores are a bit less, aim for a score that is closer to ISB’s average. In any case, give your best shot and do not have these artificial targets in mind while attempting. Aim to get each question right in the exam
